A legacy of which to be proud . . . 

Our mother Genevieve was raised with 8 other siblings by parents who farmed and logged in the woods and lake country of northern Minnesota.Our father Marvin had 10 other siblings; his parents struggled through the 30's on a section of land in South Dakota before moving to northern Minnesota where they finished raising their family on a 1400 acre spread between Pine River and Longville.

After Marvin and Genevieve were married they moved around a bit before settling on this property in 1969, establishing a four-generation devotion to the land and dedication to the nurturing, evolution, and genetic enhancement of the livestock raised there.

The completely family-run operation is guided by Stan, the Semmler's son, and his wife, Jackie. Stan's daughter, Jenifer, and her nine year old daughter, Nevaeh, and six year old son, Noah, representing the Semmler legacy and future generations tied to the ranch.
